Fall of 2015 Hunter and I went to meet up with a couple of friends who lead us to hanging out. We went to Cafe Rio and Hunter mentioned we should go to Mukilteo Beach to hang out and skip rocks. We did not want to leave - we ended up being the last few friends walking around the beach and Hunter gave me a ride home that night. When Hunter tells this story he talks about the stress he was in, considering he had just rebuilt his engine and today was his test run to make sure it did not explode but he did not want to turn me down for a ride home. Crossing his fingers the whole time, he got me home safely. Which, by a complete accident, I left my phone in his truck. This prompted us to have to hang out the next day. And to be honest, we never stopped. We became obsessed with each other’s company. Hunter asked me to be his girlfriend November 8th, 2015. Which I replied “I thought I already was?”. Time flew by for years of us having fun with our friend group, who all, ended up falling in love, getting married and having babies. We attended weddings, we bought 2 houses, sold one house, renovated a fixer upper, raised a puppy together, and then finally having our first baby, Wade. In September 2024 our son made his entrance into this world and we have been in pure bliss ever since. Hunter asked me to marry him at the marina where we used to frequent during our many years of dating on a family walk on December 15th 2024. We made sure 2025 was all about Wade’s first year of life and focusing on him. But now, 2026, is about celebrating us and our love! We are excited to finally officially be getting married and to start this next chapter. Thank you for being apart of our special day.
