These registries were made keeping in mind some cookware and tools that will last a long time, hopefully our lifetime. Of course that results in those items being more expensive and we don’t expect anyone to buy these items by themselves. Since we have already lived together, we have a plethora of cheaper versions of things, but now we are looking for high quality things to start our life together. The more expensive items are set to “crowd-fund”, which means anyone can put any amount of money towards them (which we appreciate just as much as buying a whole gift!). We also get a discount on items not bought after our wedding date, that we will likely decide to purchase on our own. Gifts are NOT required or expected, we invited you to our wedding simply to share the day with us!
