What Should I Wear?
Our dress code is floral cocktail. We’d love to see guests in floral prints or spring-inspired colors. Floral floor-length dresses are welcome, and suits are encouraged.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! We will have a 56-passenger shuttle departing from Hacienda Del Rio at 5:00 PM to transport guests to the venue. This shuttle is available to all guests, even if you are not staying at Hacienda Del Rio or did not indicate interest on your RSVP. Return shuttles from the venue will run at 9:15 PM and 11:10 PM (after the send-off).
What time should I arrive at the wedding venue?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Parking is available on-site at the venue, or you may take our shuttle transportation if you prefer not to drive yourself.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony to the indoor chapel.
Where Should I Fly Into?
We recommend flying into either the San Antonio or Austin airport. Both are convenient options and are approximately 45–60 minutes from the wedding festivities.
