Our Wedding

Day one of being official. Just some college kids wining and dining at a local Italian restaurant called Capone's for dinner in downtown Fort Myers.We laughed a bunch, ate good food, and we were just so excited to be together.We asked the waitress to take our picture. I immediately sent it to the family group chat after. :) Dusty forgot to officially ask me to be his girlfriend because he was nervous. He asked me the next day, no worries. -Grace

Our First Date- 11.20.19

We spent 5 years dating with the first two years being long distance. Although we were over 2 hours away from each other, we made sure to prioritize spending as much quality time together as we could. In 2022, Dustin moved up to Tampa to be closer, and we began trying out different churches in the area to grow in community and strengthen our relationship. In 2023, We found Grace City Church, which provided so much growth and friendships that rooted us in indescribable ways. With support and love around us, our relationship began to blossom more and more.

The day I proposed to Grace! I was so confident that I was going to crush my monologue before popping the question. To this day, I still have no idea what came out of my mouth before I asked her to marry me. It was the best day of my life. I proposed under a beautiful tree in Bok Tower Gardens, no cameras, just us. We both ended up just taking our shoes off and dancing around, unable to contain our excitement. Later that day, our families, along with a camera crew surprised Grace in the garden and we had an incredible shoot, capturing such a special time. This is one of my favorite photos from that day. -Dustin

WHAT TIME SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

For the ceremony at the Sydonie Mansion, we suggest guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior. Please plan on arriving around 4pm. Please plan accordingly for weekend traffic and keep in mind the time it may take to park.

IS THE EVENT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be outdoors.

HOW CAN GUESTS COMMUNICATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Please make sure you state all dietary restrictions, if any, when you RSVP. More information to come with the formal invitation.
