We are planning to have a shuttle service between The Aisling and the Hampton Inn & Suites for an hour before the ceremony and three hours before the end of the reception

Vehicles are fine to be parked at The Aisling overnight. If vehicles are left overnight, they need to be picked up by 9am the next morning.
