Grace and Dixon first crossed paths on September 24th, 2023, at a wedding. Dixon was a groomsman, and Grace was attending as a guest. Though they didn’t speak that night, there was a moment when their eyes met across the room.

Both left the wedding without a word, assuming they would never see each other again. But a few days later, Grace received a follow request on her phone—from Dixon. She accepted the request, and the very next day, a message arrived: “Hi Grace, I’m Dixon, one of the groomsmen from the wedding. I just wanted to introduce myself since I didn’t do it that night.”

That message marked the beginning of their relationship, one that has been long-distance from the start—Dixon in Wisconsin, and Grace in Arizona. Despite the miles between them, they’ve created countless cherished memories.

On September 19, 2024, Dixon proposed to Grace in Sedona, the same place where they had their first date. His proposal was a complete surprise and a moment they will forever treasure.

As they look ahead to their future, Grace and Dixon are most excited to grow in their faith and serve God together. They believe that the Lord has great plans for their marriage and are eager to see how He will use their union to further His kingdom.
