Located in the center of historic Berkeley Springs, Berkeley Springs State Park is home to a mineral spa that has been in use since colonial times! We treated ourselves to a luxurious private walk-in Roman bath containing 750 gallons of mineral water heated to 102 degree and sourced right from the spring. February 16, 2024 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️

And just like that, it was a year. With 360 degree ROTATING views of DC, Shawn took me to, Skydome restaurant where the view is gorgeous! However, some photos are truly too precious to share. This was our first trip to Ohiopyle where Shawn took me on by far the most romantic date of my existence. We embarked underneath and hiked to three different waterfalls. This one being so magnificent we had to take a photo. May 14, 2024

Grace’s first Bigfoot Convention!

We spent a week at the beach on a family vacation. On our second night there we took a dolphin 🐬 sunset cruise 🚢 which was pretty epic. They shot off a sunset canyon and then my son, Liam, cheered on for a second one. So they obliged. It was the first time they shot these off during an active cruise and even gave the shell to Liam as a souvenir! It was VERY cool until it resulted in us getting pulled over by the police and shortly afterwards, the U.S. Coast Guard. 🤣 Ocean City, MD - Jun 13, 2024

What is the Dress Code? What should I wear?

Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but historical average this time of year is high of 60 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep an eye on the weather here ( https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/stephens-city/22655/november-weather/2172438?year=2025 ) in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

What weather should I expect?

Indoors. Everything from the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception will be held indoors. 

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple and bridal party will be taking pictures on the estate for around a half hour. Guests will be escorted to the bar and library hall for cocktail hour. This is where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Afterwards, our wedding coordinator will lead everyone into our reception hall for your assigned seats. Dinner will be served, with dancing to follow.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and a free shuttle service for those who stay at the local Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester, VA. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

We will be sending our wedding invitations with RSVP instructions. 

How do I RSVP?

Please get us your RSVP by September 11th, 2025 so we have time to buy enough food.

When is the RSVP deadline? 

Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to invite everyone, all ages included. We will have some games for the little ones but no babysitting will be provided, so please prepare accordingly.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

Yes, click on our exclusive discount link under the Travel tab. We have a block reserved at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester, VA. We highly recommend booking with them through our Grantham-Prinkey wedding block so you can save money and take advantage of their free shuttle service to and from our venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We are pleased to offer a limited open bar featuring a variety of domestic beers and house wines, with additional drinks available at a cash bar.

Will there be an open bar?

Amazon. They handle the shipping to us and you can find it under our registry tab.
