The ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting). Average temperatures in March, in the evening, ranges from 67 to 77 degrees. In the event of rain or high winds, the evening will be moved indoors.

Because of the strict occupancy rates with the venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation for the actual wedding. Thank you for understanding.

We highly encourage you to stay at Grand Viesta Americana due to the activities we have planned over the few days of the wedding. We have also organized transportation options for our guests. However, there are several off-site options available in the area. If you do plan to stay off property, please let us know so we can make sure you have all the information needed throughout your stay.

Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone 55 days prior to the wedding. (January 26th, 2026) The hotel requires this, and it is essential in planning for the ceremony and reception. Thank you!

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony and are asking that there be no phones or cameras. We have hired an amazing photographer, Emmah, to capture this special moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

We understand that not everyone will be able to celebrate with us in Cabo. We have decided against having a "Welcome Home Reception". As much as we want to be able to celebrate this event with all of our friends and family, we logistically cannot add another event.

The room rates have been negotiated for our wedding, and you will get them at a discounted rate. The hotel is all inclusive. For a double occupancy room, it is $600 a night. There are several room options available, please be sure to see the room rate chart.
