Ryan and I met during our sophomore year at Louisiana Tech! However, it didn’t take long for us to realize that God had been orchestrating our story long before our paths ever officially crossed. We grew up going to the same church in Baton Rouge, lived just minutes apart, and our parents were in Bible study together for years. Still, in the Lord’s perfect timing, we didn’t officially cross paths until 2023.

In January of that year, my little sister, Amelia, was in a car accident. Not long after, a friend reached out to tell me that a friend of hers, Ryan, had written Amelia a letter and asked her to pass it along. In the letter, he shared that he had heard about her accident and was praying for her and for an easy recovery. Though we had never met, I reached out to Ryan to thank him for the kind letter, and the rest is history!

The last 3 years have been the greatest and most joy-filled years of our lives! We have seen God’s hand in every step of our story, and could not be more excited for the memories that are to come! Thank you so much for being here and celebrating us, as we step into this next chapter as THE HARLANDS!! We can not wait to see you all soon!
