We have secured a 15% off discounted group rate for the Inn at Northrup Station! This is a great hotel in NW Portland with lots to do nearby - cute shops, restaurants, and art galleries. To secure the discounted rate reservations must be made no later than April 23, 2025, but it would be best to book as early as possible.

The room rate includes parking, continental breakfast, and Portland Streetcar tickets. We have put in a suggested check-in and check-out date, but the discount will apply to the entirety of your stay if you decide to stay longer and make our wedding part of a longer visit to the PNW.

GROUP NAME: Hermes/Thompson Wedding Group

Note: No rooms have been set aside for this group and are available on a first come first-served basis. The

earlier the reservation is placed, the more likely the room type will be available and the lower rate will likely be

secured. This rate is net, non-commissionable. Rates are based on double occupancy; a charge of $12 per guest will

apply if occupancy exceeds two people per suite. Occupancy of each suite is limited to four adults. There is no

additional charge for children 12 and under.

Cancellations:

Reservations placed with this group discount must be cancelled by 5/16/25 (which is 7 days prior to the group

arrival date) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s lodging plus tax.

The Pearl/NW Portland: Northwest is the perfect area for people who want to spend some time doing Portland sightseeing. For shopping and restaurants, NW 23rd St. is the place to go. Downtown is also easily accessible via streetcar. NW Portland is also situated close to the Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, and Forest Park for folks who want to spend time outdoors.

Hawthorne/Division: In NE Portland, I'd recommend staying near Hawthorne or Division St. These two areas are hot spots for cute boutiques, quirky thrift/antique stores, food truck plazas, and cool bars.

Sellwood: The Sellwood neighborhood in SE Portland is a great place to stay for people who want to be closer to the venue but still do a bit of Portland exploring. The beautiful Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is right next door and 13th St. has lots of fun shops and restaurants.

Oregon City: Staying in Oregon City is the closest to the wedding venue! Oregon City is home to the "End of the Oregon Trail" and Willamette Falls.
