US Passports are required to travel to Mexico. Passport processing times range from 3-6 months, so please plan accordingly. If you currently have a passport, please check the expiration date. Passports must be valid for at least six months after your anticipated travel date or you will be denied boarding.

Mazatlán International Airport

Feel free to fly out of any airport that works best for you and your plans. Our wedding is on a Thursday, so you are more than welcome to come any day before the wedding and stay as long as you'd like. There is a three night minimum for our wedding guests to stay.

The airport is about 30 minutes from the resort. There will be transportation to and from the airport, see information below.

El Cid Marina Beach Hotel

This is the resort where all of our wedding events will take place. A discounted room rate is offered through our wedding package. To receive the discount, you must book your accommodations by contacting the El Cid Reservations Department in Mazatlán via email. The deadline to book these room reservations SUBJECT TO AVALIBILITY is January 16th, 2026.

After emailing the Reservations Department, they will send you a “link for payment”, to pay by either debit or credit card. Once your room is reserved, you will be requested to pay one night deposit per each room confirmed to guarantee your room. Balance will be due 21 days prior to your arrival date.
