Newberg, Oregon is Wilson's hometown! Since Wilson is in the Marine Corps and stationed in California, he rarely is able to be home for big events! It was important to us that Wilson was home for our wedding.

Wilson is currently stationed in 29 Palms, California. He will have a change in his duty station and we will be moving to Camp Pendleton, California in June!

Kauai, Hawaii! After college graduation, moving duty stations and planning a wedding, we are looking forward to relaxing in paradise for a few days!!

The venue is outdoors on grass (so wear appropriate shoes!!) with a covered/sheltered reception area. Springtime weather in Oregon can be unpredictable, so keep an eye on the forecast!!

Many out of town guests have chosen to stay in short term rentals in Newberg, Dundee, Carlton or Sherwood. However, there are several hotels and resorts in the area. Check out the Travel page on our site! Everything is very close by, so choose what works best for you!!

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue with ample parking!

If you need to call a rideshare after the festivities, the venue will allow cars to be left overnight. However, you MUST pick up your vehicle BEFORE 10am on Saturday!

We are asking that our guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so our photographer and videographer can get all the great shots! If your invitation included a "plus one" card, you are welcome to bring a guest with you, otherwise, please only RSVP for those addressed on the invitation!

The venue has very strict requirements regarding small children. While we would love to have all of our favorite littles at the wedding, we have to ask that they stay at home. Only the children that are IN the wedding party are invited to stay!

If your invitation is addressed as a family, then your immediate family is invited, otherwise, the parties named on the invitation are the only ones invited.

The venue will open to guests at 3:30 for a 4:00 ceremony!

"Casual Elegance" is the target! No black tie formal but no shorts and flip flops :-)!! The weather in Oregon in June is unpredictable, so watch the forecast! The ceremony will be on Grass, so ladies, please plan shoes accordingly!!

While your presence at our wedding is gift enough, If you choose to purchase a gift, then Yes, you are welcome to ship gifts to us in Southern California! Alaska has the most non-stop flights from Southern California to Portland. However, Southwest, Delta and American all have good flights with short stops as well! Check all of the area airports as there are often good prices from Palm Springs and San Diego if you are willing to drive a little farther to get to the airport!
