Grace and Glen met only a few short months after Glen moved to Maryland (thank you Rita)! Grace grew up in Maryland, went to college and pursued her career in the DMV area but now her home is complete with Glen forever in her life. Glen moved from Georgia for medical school to North Carolina for residency to California for fellowship but now he can finally call Maryland his home after meeting Grace.

An originally planned coffee date in Bethesda turned into a 10 hour coffee, lunch, dinner, and drinks date! Grace and Glen went from restaurant to restaurant to continue their conversation that lasted for hours.

Glen always manages to surprise Grace with endless acts of love and continues to plan countless dates, but a movie night in and take out will always be their favorite!

For Grace and Glen's first plane ride together, they decided on one of Glen's favorite places, Hawaii!

On May 13th, 2023, Glen took Grace to a quiet azalea garden where she thought they were going to meet up with her family. Little did Grace know, Glen had been planning for this moment for months. As they walked down a flowery path on a perfectly overcasted day, Glen got down on one knee and asked Grace to marry him! He might’ve said a few more words but the rest was kind of a blur. They were able to celebrate with family after the proposal and it was the most perfect, intimate, and special day that Grace could have asked for!

We can’t wait to show all of you the love we have for each other and continue to build for each other. We are so blessed and can’t wait to say our I dos and celebrate this special day in front of all of our friends and family!
