What Time Does The Wedding Start?
6:00PM! But Buses will be picking up guests at 5:30PM from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville North - Ruckersville at 5:30PM sharp.
Will Transportation Be Provide To The Venue?
Yes! We have buses picking up guests from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville North - Ruckersville at 5:30PM sharp.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding will be formal. Gents, we ask that you wear a suit (no tuxedo needed unless you really want to look sharp). Ladies- we ask that you wear a cocktail dress but have the option to wear a floor length dress if you would like to!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn, weather permitting.
The cocktail hour will take place indoors/out on the patio.
Reception will be indoors.
What time is dinner?
Dinner will be served at 8:30PM. Cocktail hour starts promptly after the ceremony at 7:00PM where h'orderves will be served.
