WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

This is a Formal Event, we are encouraging “black tie” as we want everyone to be dressed up in their best and look cohesive, but still giving you the option to choose what color you want to wear! Men are encouraged to wear neutral colored clothing - options include tuxes, sports coats, or a button up shirt with a tie & dress pants. Women are encouraged to wear long dresses, please avoid the color white, any bright colors and short dresses. Groomsmen are wearing black suits - Bridesmaids are wearing florals & pinks. Absolutely no flannels, jeans, hats, or ripped clothing.

IS THERE DAY OF TRANSPORTATION?

SHUTTLE ONLY WILL PICK UP FROM COBBLESTONE SUITES IN PULASKI! SHUTTLE TO VENUE FOR CEREMONY: Shuttle Time One: 3:20pm Shuttle Time Two: 3:40pm SHUTTLE FROM THE BARN TO HOTEL Shuttle: 11pm AFTER PARTY SHUTTLE Shuttle from The Barn to Jen’s Knaughty Pine: 11:20pm Last Call shuttle back to hotel: 1:30pm

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Since the ceremony promptly begins at 4. We recommend that you arrive by 3:30 to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. After 3:55 you will not be allowed to enter into the ceremony as it will cause distractions. Please be respectful and arrive on time! We can't wait to see you there.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Yes! We will be heading to a local bar in Pulaski called Jen’s Knaughty Pine.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

While we love your kids and littles, we are doing a kid free wedding and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We hope that you can respect our decision.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. You will know if you are allowed a plus one or not (i.e. Name & Guest).

ABOUT OUR VENUE?

While our venue is named "The Barn" it is not your typical barn that one would think, it is a modern and upscale venue on acres of land.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO RSVP BY & WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Please RSVP by May 17th, 2025! If you don't we will not be able to accommodate you after the deadline because our final numbers are set with the vendors. No exceptions.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

They are both taking place at The Barn! That way no transportation between ceremony and reception are needed. Our guest will enjoy cocktail hour in between with outdoor games, drinks and music.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD ARE YOU SERVING?

Dinner will be a buffet style to help accommodate the amount of guest we will be having.

CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there are plenty of parking spots available at the venue, you are able to leave your car parked there overnight. You just have to pick it up by 11am the next morning.
