Q + A

🪩 Guests 🪩

What date should I RSVP by?

The earlier, the better! But September 30th, 2025 is our "RSVP by" date. If we do not receive a response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Why can't I find my RSVP on the website?

If you cannot find your name in the RSVP function on the website, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you received a Save the Date and/or Invitation and are having trouble, it is likely we made a spelling mistake. Please let one of us know ASAP and we will adjust accordingly.

Are plus-ones/children allowed?

We are very lucky to be loved by so many. While we love your little ones and friends/family, we are limited in our space, so we kindly ask that only those/number listed on your RSVP card are the guests that attend.

What time should I arrive?

The wedding will start promptly at 3:30 pm. Seating will open at 3 pm.

What time does everything end?

We will likely be ending no later than 9:30 pm.

🎀 Dress your best 🎀

Is the wedding located indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be located fully outdoors. The reception will also be located outdoors, beneath a pavilion with heaters as needed. Georgia weather is a bit unpredictable during this time of year, so we are hoping it is mild. However it is possible it will be chilly, so please plan outfits accordingly as we get closer. The ceremony will be in a grassy area, so stilettos or thin heels are not recommended.

What is the dress code?

Officially: somewhere between cocktail and Sunday best. Women: anywhere from floor to knee length dresses; jumpsuits, pantsuits, dress pants and blouse, etc. Men: Khakis or dress pants, collared shirts; jacket or coat not required but welcome!

Are there any colors you'd prefer we wear?

We welcome you in whatever colors you feel your best in! But since you're asking, we're going for a 'spring in December' vibe, so feel free to 'break the rules' with us and wear pastels, floral prints, and brighter colors. See inspo below:

🍾 Food & Drink 🍾

Will there be food provided?

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception.

Will there be alcohol?

We are not able to have alcohol on the premises, but we will have fun 'mocktails' and good times available!

⭐️ Travel & Accommodations ⭐️

What are the addresses for the ceremony and reception venues?

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, in Milner, GA, which will be shared on your formal invitation.

Can we park at the venue?

There is plenty of available parking at the venue. There will be parking attendants to direct you, as well as golf carts to assist those with limited mobility.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have not reserved blocks, but if you would like to stay overnight near the venue, we have shared hotel accommodation recommendations in the 'Travel' section of the website.

🎁 REGISTRY 🎁

Your greatest gift is your presence with us celebrating our big day, BUT if you would like to purchase a gift...

Where are we registered?

We are registered at Target, Amazon, and the Knot. You can access all of them from the “registry” tab here on the Knot website. You can also search either of our names in the “search for a registry” function on Target or Amazon’s websites. We’ve also included the links here:

TARGET REGISTRY:

AMAZON REGISTRY:

**Amazon has the option to 'contribute to a gift' which we've set up for more expensive items.

***It may not show 'contribute' on the Knot, so you will have to go directly through Amazon.

What if we don't want to do a traditional gift?

We enjoy going to the movies (and watching at home), good food, reading (physical books and on kindle), learning something new, crafting, hosting friends, and traveling. If you want more 'untraditional' ideas: streaming subscriptions (Netflix/Hulu/Spotify, etc.), Amazon Prime subscription, board games, hosting equipment, date nights, cooking classes, etc.
