Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the people named on your invitation. On the back of the green card, you will see a total number for the seats we have saved for you. We, as a couple, would like our wedding to be filled with all of the people we know and love, and would prefer not to have a bunch of guests we don’t know. We as a couple have taken careful consideration to everyone invited and everyone who did not receive a plus one, will have close friends/ family at the ceremony that they know and can spend the evening with. If you feel as though you still deserve to bring a plus one, feel free to send us a text with who that plus one is. Otherwise, your guest is more than welcome to come visit Charlotte and enjoy a nice vacation weekend, but we will, unfortunately, not have a seat for them.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue with exact numbers by a certain date. While we send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Please arrive at the latest 3:45 to sign in and make your way to the bamboo forest to find a seat. The ceremony will start at 4.

Yes! There is plenty of parking spaces available at the venue if you are driving. However, if you are out of town and not renting a car OR you are planning on enjoying the bar, please plan accordingly. The venue is accessible to uber/lyft or consider sharing a ride with a friend!

The reception will also be held at Camelot Meadows. We will have access to the venue until 10:30 pm to party hard. For all those night owls, don’t worry, after 10:30, we will have access to an exclusive bar just down the road until 2 am.

We ask that you stick to a semi- formal attire or cocktail attire, however, keep in mind it will be late July in the South and will most likely get very hot outside. The dinner and reception will be inside of the barn, but dancing may make you break a sweat! Just no white, security will not let you in the building:)

We have provided the address to the venue on the website. Once you arrive at Camelot Meadows, you will drive through the big gate and down a long dirt road, just follow the main road. Once you see the big barn at the end of the road, you have arrived! Just follow the signs to the gathering area.

We have listed a number of hotels and airbnb’s near the venue, however, the airport is about a 20 minute drive to the venue. We recommend finding a hotel that best suits your weekend plans. If you want to spend time exploring downtown Charlotte, find a hotel closer to the airport. If you are just coming for the wedding, find a hotel near the venue, we have added a long list of things you can do while you visit from right near the venue to the downtown area.

Unfortunately, our venue has a strict policy on the number of guests we can have. The number on your RSVP card will tell you how many people from your family we can accommodate, however, the bride did make every invite from scratch, so if you think there was a mistake, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
