Nashville's weather is unpredictable but come prepared. It can be 70's during the day, but has been 80's early October and may go down to 50's at night, so bring a sweater for nightime. The month with the least rain! We hopefully will have the good weather on our side. Don't worry, if it rains.. the ceremony will be tented. The reception is tented, so we have it all covered.

Ladies I encourage you to wear a wedge or thicker heel. You will be on grass much of the time. We will have flooring inside the tent but stiletto's are for Friday night. Men, you guys are good. Think Kentucky Derby on Grass! Yes cowboy boots and hats are allowed :)

I do encourage you to rent a car if you are coming for a few days and want to see different parts of Nashville. Ubers are very available and even cabs from the airport. We will have 1 transportation shuttle from Conrad the day of the wedding or you can uber or drive. There is plenty of parking at the farm for the day of the wedding. There will be valet parking Thursday and Friday night at each event.

If you are staying at The Conrad, they have a great gym. Most of the hotels on the list have great gyms. There is a Barry's Boot Camp, Pure Barre and Pilates workouts in the Gulch. If you have time to hike... head up to Percy Warner Park it is worth every minute! Information is on "Things To Do Page"

Ladies .. I placed a couple of great salons close to West End for blowouts. I personally like Tru Blue Salon on West End, 5 minutes from The Conrad. They have more stylists than Dry Bar and very accommodating. The Blowout Co. in Gulch and Belle Meade in addition to the Dry Bar are also available. Again you can also Google. There is also Glam up Nashville that comes to your hotel. I would book early..this is a busy weekend!!!

There will be 2 buses leaving The Conrad at 2:45 on Saturday going straight to the farm. Each bus will hold 60 people. Please be on time!! If you would like to drive or uber to the ceremony there will be parking and transportation with golf carts through the farm. I would give yourself more than ample time for the wedding. It takes around 35-40 minutes with no traffic. Saturday is a busy day so I would leave by 2:30-2:45 at the latest. When you arrive, you will either park or be dropped off and the ushers will greet you and be seated. You may want to get there a little early to enjoy the farmland. Horses will be in their stalls but not to be bothered.
