Pine Cove 2023

It all started when I walked into lifeguard training for my first summer at camp! I came strutting inside in my unicorn swimsuit and I guess that was enough to catch Sam’s eye!

We started becoming friends week 2 and I was becoming more and more interested. He left a 2 day old quesadilla in my mail slot and dared me to eat it. I can’t back down from a challenge so of course I was gonna eat it. One of my friends (my wing woman) said if I ate the quesadilla that he would have to buy me a meal, let me tell you I ate that quesadilla FAST

First Date!

Throughout the next few weeks we would both try to catch each other’s attention! One of the other lifeguards (my spy) asked him if he liked me, which of course his reply was “is it that obvious?” She gave me a big thumbs up from across the lake! Towards the end of our time at camp he officially asked me on a date! This picture is from that very date on our last day!
