Pending the weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. There will be grass on the way to the ceremony site and during cocktail hour, so please choose your shoes accordingly. The reception will be in a covered pavilion with hard floors.

We recommend dressing in cocktail attire. But, it is most important to us that everyone feels comfortable in what they are wearing! For shoes, please be mindful that a portion of the day will take place in the grass (the walk from parking to the ceremony and the cocktail hour).

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding, other than our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! A shuttle is scheduled to travel to and from the hotels that we have reserved blocks for. Shuttles will leave from the hotels at 2:45 PM to travel to the ceremony. Shuttles from the wedding venue to hotels at the end of the night will leave at 9:00 and 11:00 PM. Although there is parking at the venue, we HIGHLY recommend using the shuttles because the wedding venue is located on a country road with no lights at night. Even if you do not stay at the hotel block hotels, we recommend using the shuttles. We want to ensure everyone is safe!

We will be serving snacks at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. We will also offer dessert and a late-night snack. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Yes! Whoohoo! We will have a bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and selection of red & white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee.
