Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Gardens at Viola's. The address is 610 AZ-89A, Flagstaff, AZ 86005.

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm on March 14th, 2026. The reception will take place immediately after.

Semi-formal! The bridal party will be in a 'eucalyptus' green.

Dress for cold weather—there is a chance that it could snow! The average high/low last year was 53/23F°

There are many hotels to choose from in Flagstaff! Our travel page shows some recommended hotels near the venue. Additionally, there are plenty of Airbnbs and VRBOs to choose from around the area.

We are not providing any formal transportation for the event. There is ample parking at the venue!

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside. If the weather does not allow for an outdoor ceremony, we'll move things inside!

The last page of the website is where guests can RSVP for the wedding.

Please RSVP by February 1, 2026. Reminders will be sent out a week or two before the due date.
