Q + A

Q + A

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at Sweet Meadow Farms between 4:25pm-4:45pm to allow ample time for parking, walking to the ceremony site, and getting seated before the procession begins promptly at 5:00pm!

Is there parking on-site?

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Since the venue is at a farm, there will be a short walk from where the designated parking area is to the ceremony site, so please give yourself enough time to park and walk to the ceremony site and get settled! For those who need assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony site, there will be venue staff available with a golf cart.

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code for our wedding is garden party formal. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Ladies feel free to wear a long (midi, floor, or tea-length welcome) dress that you feel beautiful in! Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or slacks and a button down. We do ask that you leave the jeans, shorts, and sneakers at home this time. Please note that both the ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors and mainly on either grass or gravel. The sun will be shining (hopefully) so please make sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable shoes for walking on the lawn and attire for the outdoor setting!

Can I bring a plus one?

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We would like for our wedding to be intimate so we can celebrate with our closest family and friends! If your partner is invited, their name or "and guest" will be included on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night out!

When should I RSVP by?

To help us with our panning, please RSVP as soon as you are able to! The deadline to RSVP is March 30th, 2026. If we have not yet received your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as a 'no' in order to provide our venue and caterer with a final total guest count, which we will not be able to adjust after sending. We hope you can understand!
