Flying Into Texas

We recommended flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. From there, it is about a 1-hour ride to The Oaks at High Hill. Wedding guests have the option to stay at either of the hotels located about 5 minutes from the ranch. Guests are more than welcome and encouraged to start their trip in beautiful Austin, TX! The city is known for its great food, live music, lakeside views, and friendly people. If you need recommendations, don't hesitate to reach out!

Dress for 70-90 degrees and some beautiful sun.

The area has concrete, grass, and gravel - beware with high heels!

We suggest semi-formal attire with long dresses - it will be too hot for black tie outfits, so keep that in mind!

The bridal party will be in light blue dresses and blue floral with the groomsmen in black tux!

Thank you for being a part of our special day! The guests on the ranch consist of the wedding party, our families, and closest friends. Please be considerate of each other as the cottages are in close proximity. We are so excited to celebrate and party with you all! Few ranch rules:- No smoking- Quiet hours after 12 AM- Clean up your trash and your spaces- No beverages from the cottage side can be brought to the venue side, you must get your drinks from the bar- Food provided for each meal in the reception barn, snacks will be placed in a centralized location at the General Store Cottage- Please limit the use of glass bottles, cans preferred If you have any questions at any time please text or call us:Ayinde 203-981-4841 or Grace 860-575-6947 We love you all and cannot thank you enough! Weekend Itinerary

Thursday - April 30th - Guests will arrive whenever they decide and check into cottages - Live band will play for the public as well guests around 5:30 pm-9:30 pm - Caterer will be there for a cash plate, all other meals for the weekend are included besides this night - Bar will be open for cash bar

Friday - May 1st Breakfast: 7:30am - 9:30 am (ALL MEALS IN VENUE BARN) - Yard games and relaxing by the cottages main grass area Lunch: 12pm - 2pm - Bride and Groom trivia in the barn at 2 PM- Yard games and relaxing Rehearsal 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm for Wedding Party (Oak tree) Dinner: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm for all guests - finish the night by the fires by the barn or even the fire pit by the cottages

Saturday - May 2nd WEDDING DAY!!!!Groomsmen - follow your timelineBridesmaids - follow your timeline Breakfast dropped off at 9 am in barn for non-wedding party guests Ceremony starts at 3 pm - be seated and ready please! Cocktail Hour: 3:30-4:30 pm Seated in the barn for reception: 5 pm Dinner served: 5:30 pm - 7 pm There will be 2 options to get back to the hotel:- One shuttle at 10 pm- One shuttle at 1 AM

Sunday - May 3rd Brunch: 9:30 am - 11:30 am Pack up and be off of the ranch by 2 PM please!All cottages need to be emptied and cleaned up and no cars left in the parking lot.
