Yes, we have reserved a block at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Northeast. Please visit the "Hotel Booking" page on our website to make your room reservations.

Limited Parking is available at the venue at no charge. Additionally, we are providing a shuttle bus to transport from the Hilton Garden Inn for guests who either do not wish to drive or who plan to enjoy the cocktails! A shuttle schedule will be provided to all hotel guests upon check-in. Please be aware that Uber/ Lyft services are generally not available from the venue.

The venue is open to guests as early as 4pm for anyone who wishes to walk around and enjoy the gardens. For those arriving right before the ceremony, please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to give yourself time to navigate to your seat.

The evening will conclude first with the bar closing at 10:30 pm and the reception at 11 pm. Although we would love to carry on the party, there is no official after party.

We're keeping our guest list limited and are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. If you are unsure about who is included in your invitation please check with Grace or Aiden.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening with us.
