Q + A

Where should I stay?

In the "Travel" tab we have added in some good options for travel accommodations. But as always feel free to stay where you prefer! Most options around the island will not be any longer than an hour drive to the wedding! And feel free to reach out to Jaron or Grace to get help/connect with people to split accommodations with!

When should I fly in?

We suggest all guest fly in at least one-two days prior to the wedding, allowing for ample time if any delays or mishaps occur!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Your invitation will be made out to/list each person in the party. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

While we love all your young kiddos, we would like this to be an adult event. The only young kids attending will be in the wedding party and immediate family. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - Whites, ivories, & creams. Thank you

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is Beach Semi - Casual. Beach wedding wear typically features bright colors, light fabrics, and semi-formal accessories. Bring your best Aloha style.

Will the ceremony/reception be outside?

The ceremony and the reception will be outside, grass and pavement areas.

When should I RSVP by?

Please “soft” RSVP by January 20th, 2024. And please RSVP by May 10th, 2024 by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above.

What if I can't make it?

Your presence will surely be missed, and we hope to celebrate with you another time. Please RSVP "Declined" or reach out to Bailey Rojas at 760-490-3830 if your RSVP plans change.

Where should I park?

There is a parking lot at the venue for parking, however carpooling is advised. Those traveling in can rent cars together, and those that live locally should bring 1 car per family.

What time should I arrive at the wedding?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2 pm so we would appreciate all guests arriving by 1:50 but no earlier than 1:20-1:30 :)
