The ceremony will be held outside at the gazebo, cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. If inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Yes, there is parking at the venue. For guests staying at the hotel, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception.

Due to space limitations, the couple requests this be an adult-only occasion. Enjoy a night off!

The bride and groom respectfully request an unplugged ceremony. Their hired photographer will take plenty of pictures during the ceremony. Pictures and videos are encouraged anytime after the ceremony.

Yes. There will be a bus available to bring guests to the venue from the hotel departing at 2:15p.m. The bus will bring guests back to the hotel after the reception.

Yes, there are rooms blocked at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Sturbridge. For guests who would like to be in the area the night before, we have the rooms blocked from October 18th until October 20th. Check in is at 3:00pm. For guests who are just planning on staying at the hotel after the reception, you can leave your bags with concierge before the ceremony.
