You can RSVP here on the wedding website by clicking the "RSVP" tab. Simply type in your name and check off all the guests in your group who will be attending! The deadline to RSVP is June 8.

Doors open at 5:00PM. We recommend checking your route ahead of time and planning ahead for traffic that may impact your trip. Please note it may take approximately 1 hour (or more) to drive from Vancouver to Swaneset.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM.

Cocktail attire! Guests are welcome to wear any colour they like (except white).

Yes! Parking is located in the main parking lot. This is the first parking lot you will encounter as you approach the venue. Please note that guests are not permitted to park in the Members Only area (closer to the main entrance). Swaneset will have a transport cart that will pick up guests from the lot and bring them to the front doors of the Clubhouse. The transport cart will start running approx. 30 minutes before the start time of the ceremony. The transport cart will not be running at the end of the wedding.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. All invited guests should appear on the RSVP list. Please reach out to Grace or Edward if you have any questions.

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the children in the family at our reception.

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Swaneset Main Lawn, weather permitting. We will move indoors to the Grand Ballroom for the reception. Please note the Swaneset Grand Ballroom is on the 3rd floor of the clubhouse. For accessibility, any guests with mobility concerns may use the elevator located on the main floor.

Your presence on our special day is the most valuable and irreplaceable gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept any monetary contributions.

We will provide an open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception featuring a selection of wines and beer! Light snacks will be served during cocktail hour. The reception will feature a buffet service for dinner. As our venue is not accessible by public transit, we kindly ask our guests to drink responsibly and make arrangements for designated drivers. Cars may be left overnight in the parking lot if needed, provided they are collected the following morning.

We are so excited to offer an open bar to our guests! However, please be aware that Swaneset is not accessible via public transport. Please drink responsibly and arrange for designated drivers in your group. Alternatively, consider leaving your car behind and using a ride app (Uber, Lyft) or calling a taxi. Cars can be left overnight at Swaneset, provided they are collected in the morning.
