Grace's and Alex's love story began at a high school and college graduation party in Houma, LA. Grace was home for the weekend celebrating her brothers, Robbie and Peter, recently graduating college and high school. Grace's parents neighbor was at the party and found out that she was recently single. The neighbor turned out to be Alex's old coworker and quickly texted Alex, trying to set them up on a blind date. Alex and Grace's first date was at Mo's Irish Pub in Tomball where they quickly hit it off. After going on multiple dates, Alex asked to make it official after their first Astros game. Since then, they go to an Astros game on that same week of their anniversary every year.

Alex and Grace were enjoying a picnic on March 29, 2024. Little did Grace know, but Alex had a whole proposal plan. He popped the question on the dock of a pond where a hidden photographer was capturing the moment. Alex and Grace then went back to his mom's house where she and Grace's mom and dad were waiting to celebrate their engagement.

The happy couple is looking forward to getting married in front of all of their loved ones on April 12, 2025.
