Grace & Max met outside the Westerville Police Department at approximately 2am. Grace had come to visit her mom, Laura, who was dispatching at the time. Max was smitten since that moment & Grace was completely oblivious. The next time they saw each other was at Grace's parent's house for a glass of bourbon. Max thought she was funny & Grace thought she should ease up on the rum & coke. Months later, Grace and her best friend, Taylor, adopted two kittens. Max, being a big animal lover visited the kittens & tried his best to flirt with Grace by complimenting her curly hair.
Apparently, Grace is a sucker for a sweetheart & she told Max that he should come back sometime to see her and not the cats.
