We reconnected and started texting on April 6th. We went on our first date at Doggies Pub and then Pickles in Downtown State College on April 7th.

Brandon brought Grace to the Blue and White Football Game to officially meet the friend group.

Brandon came to Grace's annual family reunion with ALL of Grace's immediate and extended family on her Mom's side (40+ people). Fun Fact - Brandon did not know who Grace's parents were for the initial 30 minutes of meeting everyone :)

We started dating and became official.

Grace met Brandon's parents for the first time at Antifragile Brewing in Downtown State College to watch a PSU football game.

We said I Love You for the fist time.

Grace moved into the apartment with Brandon and Matt in State College. Brandon helped Grace move all of her things including her entire classroom up from Northern Virginia.

Grace was invited to join Brandon's family annual summer vacation, that year we went to Milford, Connecticut.

We went shopping for engagement rings on our anniversary of our first date. Went to three stores and found the one at a cute mom and pop shop in Bellefonte, PA.

Fell in love with Maine and scoped out some towns to move to in Spring/Summer 2026!

We got engaged in the Finger Lakes, New York on the dock of the house we were staying at for our family vacation. The engagement is a funny story. Grace knew the engagement was coming sometime this summer but didn't know when. Brandon completely surprised her, told her to come out to the dock to look at a cool fish (which he often asks her to do when they are near a body of water), little did she know, there was no fish...and Brandon was down on one knee.

We hosted all of our friends and family at the Buckley residence to celebrate our engagement.
