Our wedding will be at King Family Vineyards in Crozet, VA. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner and dancing will be inside.

We have secured room blocks with four different hotels in Charlottesville. They are all 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue. You can see them on the "Travel" tab of our website. You can also check out availability of area housing options on Airbnb or VRBO. Search for places in Crozet or Charlottesville. If you have any questions just let us know!

The Charlottesville Albemarle Regional Airport (CHO) is the closest. The Richmond International Airport (RIC) is about an hour and fifteen minutes east from Charlottesville. There is also Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) located about two hours north.

Do to limited space at the venue we will only be allowing the names on the invitation you received.

Unfortunately, due to space restrictions we have elected to have an adults only celebration. We hope you understand.

We will be having a Welcome Reception prior to the ceremony. The Welcome Reception will begin at 4:30pm. Come and enjoy the beauty of King Family Vineyards, There will be light refreshments served during the Welcome Reception. The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30.

Cocktail, garden party, and classy elegance are suggested. Please no shorts or denim. And please leave all shades of white for the bride.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1, 2025! We understand things come up and plans change. If you have to change your response, just let us know.
