Our Wedding

Our story began in March 2020, in the corner booth at Lodge in Orlando, Florida. If you spent any time in Orlando pre-pandemic, you know Lodge was practically a second home for the OTown friend group. By pure luck (and thanks to our amazing mutual friend—and now Maid of Honor—Corbett), we were introduced that night while Grace was visiting from Massachusetts.A few weeks later, the world shut down… and suddenly we had plenty of time to talk. What started as casual texting turned into long FaceTime dates—cooking together, painting, binge-watching shows, or simply staying on the phone for eight straight hours. Long-distance wasn’t easy, but we made it fun, fueled by countless new recipes and more bottles of wine than we care to admit.Three months later, Grace packed up her car and made the 18-hour drive from Massachusetts to Orlando. She even survived living with Kevin for 12 whole days. Not long after, Kevin was let go and then rehired at NBC Sports—this time relocated to Connecticut. After six months of long distance, being only 75 miles apart felt like a luxury. We spent that time meeting in the middle, juggling work and grad school, and squeezing in every weekend together that we could.When Grace graduated with her master’s and accepted a job in Connecticut, we officially moved in together in August 2021. The next few years were filled with travel, great food, and building a life that felt easy and exciting.In 2024, we took a dream trip to London and Scotland—where Kevin had a secret plan all along. After carrying the ring across the ocean, keeping it hidden for five days, navigating one rainout, and somehow convincing Grace that a sunrise hike up Arthur’s Seat would be “fun,” Kevin proposed with help from Bridesmaid Audrey on August 28, 2024, at the peak of Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh.Since that perfect day, we’ve been counting down to August 7, 2026—and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
