An optional shuttle will be transporting guests from Treasure Island to the venue, departing promptly at 3:15 PM. There will be two shuttles at the end of the night leaving the venue, one at 10 PM and one at 11 PM. Please note that each shuttle only holds 25 guests, so carpooling is appreciated!

Due to limited capacity, a very limited number of children will be invited. If your child is invited, they will be specifically named on the invitation/RSVP form.

Our ceremony will begin at 4pm, so we advise arriving by 3:45. If you arrive after 3:55 we will ask you to please wait until the ceremony is complete to join us.

We would love to see our loved ones dress up with us. For that reason we will be having a minimum requirement of semi-formal, but feel free to dress up as much as you'd like! Please no jeans :)

Please no white. Additionally, our bridal party will be wearing green dresses and tan suits, but feel free to wear either of those colors.

While we know that its always fun to snap a photo- we have a fantastic photographer! We are requesting that no pictures be taken during the ceremony so we can all enjoy the moment. If your phone is out at that time you will be kindly asked to put it away.

Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors, with our reception taking place in an indoor/outdoor enclosed pavilion.

There is ample parking, with parking attendants at out venue. Please note there is no overnight parking, so if you intend on drinking please plan accordingly to get yourself safely to/from the venue.

We kindly request that all RSVPs are back to us no later than 03/28/2026. More information will be included in the invitations.

Yes! Out venue includes paved pathways to all areas, as well as an ADA compliant handicap restroom if necessary.

Please note that the 'Cash Bar', is actually fully cashless and only takes card as drinks are not hosted.
