Our story begins in February 2022, when Gracie reached out to her close friend Ashley Cisco, asking if she knew any single friends. As the ultimate matchmaker, Ashley connected Gracie and Bryce through social media. At the time, Gracie was in Boone and Bryce was in Raleigh. Neither was quite ready for a relationship, but they found themselves staying up for hours, deep in conversation, and forming a strong bond.

In March, Gracie planned a trip to visit Ashley in Raleigh, where she would finally meet Bryce in person after countless FaceTimes and Zoom movie dates. The moment they met, the chemistry was undeniable, and the rest was history.

Fast forward to July 6, 2024: Bryce wanted to create a memorable proposal that included the people they cherished most. He organized a "double date" picnic at the beautiful JC Raulston Arboretum with Nick and Ashley, and there, he proposed to Gracie. Of course, she said yes!
