What if we can't make it?

We will surely miss you! If you already know you can’t make it, please RSVP no. On that note, if you know for certain you will be attending, please RSVP yes.

When should we book our travel and lodging accommodations?
In short, as soon as possible! This is a busy time of year so we recommend starting your search to see what lodging situation suites you best and make a reservation. Same goes for flights, rental cars, shuttle services. As many people have not traveled to Sun Valley/Ketchum, feel free to reach out to Gracie or Cole for any questions or recommendations.

What is the wedding attire?

We are excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding will be Formal Evening Attire, so feel free to wear a formal suit or sport jacket for men and an ankle to floor length dress or nice pant suit for women. Bridesmaids will be in black satin and groomsmen in black tuxedos. We can't wait to see you looking your best!

Are Sun Valley and Ketchum the same place?

Sun Valley and Ketchum are about a 5 minute drive from one another so many times when someone says "Sun Valley" this could be referring to the entire town of Ketchum and Sun Valley. While Sun Valley Resort has a number of it's own restaurants and shops that are part of the resort, downtown Ketchum is where you will find most of the shops, restaurants, bars, activities, etc.

Rental Cars & Transportation?

If you plan to stay at an Airbnb or hotel that is not in downtown Ketchum or Sun Valley Resort, we do recommend getting a rental car to get around. However, there are shuttles for the guests that run from both the Sun Valley Resort, and Limelight Hotel that drop off in town. Additionally there is a free bus service throughout town. Please do not rely on Ubers, there are very few!

Can children attend the wedding?

While we love all your little ones and our families both have many littles as well, this will not be a kid friendly wedding. Both the welcome party and wedding day we request you find care for your children, however they are more than welcome to join at Grumpy's for "Good Beers & Goodbyes"!

Sun Valley Super Sitters is the best option for nanny and babysitting services. Gracie worked here for many years during college and they do a wonderful job.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unless specifically stated on your invite, we will not have the capacity for a plus one. We hope you understand! If you think there was a mistake on your invite, please reach out.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

We will have a couple of pick up and drop off locations to and from the wedding venue. There will also be a shuttle going to Hailey. Please do not rely on Uber or Taxi service to pick you up after the wedding if you don't plan to take the shuttle. More information on shuttle times and locations to come.
