Not only is Sophia the bride's best friend since high school, but she is truly a part of the family. From family vacations and holidays to everyday moments, she has been the bride's forever +1 and bonus sister. They have walked through every season of life together, and there is no one more fitting to stand beside the bride on the big day.

The bride's brother, partner in chaos, stand-up comedy partner in the living room, co-pilot on trips to Braums, and any other role that the day brings on. Ethan has filled the role of built-in best friend, always showing up with energy, unconditional support, and a lot of laughter.

Ethan Jones

Natalie is the bride’s older sister, biggest role model, and lifelong protector. She’s the person the bride can be totally real with - whether that means being obnoxiously goofy or having the deepest of conversations. You'll find them listening to The Chicks or Miranda Lambert at any moment of the day.

Scout is the bride's best friend from college, her bonus brother, and her best confidant. To prove this, Scout received the first text that Gracie had a crush on Desi. They have navigated a lot of life together and always find a way to laugh through it. Scout always shows up when it matters most.

Sadie and the bride have been causing chaos together since high school, and somehow always have the wildest stories to show for it. Don't ask them to share these with you because they'll never stop talking. Sadie is loyal, hilarious, and the perfect person to kick back with a fro yo swirl from Braums with.

Kacey and the bride go all the way back to elementary school. From basketball games and being inseparable, to  navigating separate high schools and colleges, their friendship has stood the test of time and keeps getting better.

Sam is one of the bride’s best friends from college and the go-to for late-night Curly’s ice cream runs and real-life convos. He always knows exactly how to make the bride feel seen, heard, and valued.

Macy is the bride’s future sister in law and the sweetest addition to the family. She is kind, thoughtful, and always a joy to be around - she fits right in, and the bride is so grateful to have her as part of the family.

Elora Jane is the bride’s joyful, brave, and ever-smiley niece. At just one year old, she’s already stealing hearts with her signature grin and tongue-out party face. She’s ready to bring the cuteness and the fun to the big day!

Couré is the older brother of the groom. They may be nine years apart in age,  but they are closer than ever. He was known as the "coolest guy ever" by every one of the groom's friends growing up, and is known as "the best brother ever" by the groom himself. They've been through thick and thin together, and there is no one who could be the best man to the groom that isn't his older brother. Catch him drilling threes in the gym and spending time at the water park with his son in his free time! 

Couré Matthews

Sherman (Tré) and the groom have known each other their whole lives. No seriously. They were born six days apart from one another. While they are cousins, they grew up together like brothers, despite Tré living in San Antonio and the groom in Houston. The countless summers spent making inside jokes, watching movies, and discussing everything from superheroes to the meaning of life are part of what has solidified one of the strongest relationships in the groom's life. When he isn't making movie reviews, you can catch Tré in Chicago writing his next screenplay for his film career.

Sherman White III

Rodney is the grooms older cousin, who truly has been another brother in his life. No one makes the groom laugh quite like Rodney. He is one of the most consistent and reliable role models in the groom's life, and their memories together are some of the grooms most valued. A veteran of the US Navy, the countless stories Rodney has will have you in awe. If you want a good time, be sure to have a conversation with Rodney Clayton.

Since middle school, Alex has been one of the grooms' closest friends. A friendship well over a decade in the making, there are countless adventures, inside jokes, and memories Alex and the groom share. Alex is one of the funniest people the groom has ever met, and he really hasn't found anyone who compares. When he isn't effortlessly making everyone around him laugh, you can catch Alex raising his two children with his incredible wife, Esme!

While interning at the same church, Nathan introduced himself to the groom by poking him in his chest and asking "You're the new guy right?". Despite the direct introduction, Nathan and the groom would grow to become best friends over the next seven years. From shenanigans had living together, to the numerous nights spent discussing fantasy basketball trades or playing video games, Nathan has been one of the closest and most consistent friends in the groom's life. Nathan lives in Abilene, TX with his beautiful family - his wonderful wife, Sarah, and newborn baby boy!

During the summer of 2019, Connely and his mom graciously opened their home to the groom on a whim. The groom and Connely spent that summer working side by side in youth ministry and have been best buds ever since. Whether leading worship together, playing disc golf, or recording music for fun with their band "The Quad", Connely and the groom always have the most fun when they get to hang. The only person in the grooms' life who's quality of music taste comes close to the bride's (close), he couldn't be more excited to have Connely by his side on the big day!

Will has known the bride for her whole life. He is her big brother after all. The bride has always seen Will as "her protector", and he's done an incredible job at it. The groom has always loved his relationship with Will. The two have had the most chill, but fun time together over the past 4 years, and the groom could not be more excited to have him by his side on the big day; and of course, to have a new brother. If you want to grow in your taste of country music, chat in depth sports, or have an all around great time, look no further than Will Jones.

Will Jones

Brock and the groom have known each other for the past three years, working alongside one another in youth ministry. The two were paired up on the grooms' first mission trip at HPUMC (which just so happened to be his first week of work there too), and they've been close friends ever since. No matter what the groom needs: playing video games together, having deep conversations, or goofing off, Brock is one of the most reliable people in the groom's life.

So many things could be said about the groom's nephew, Kei'Ondreij. Possibly the smartest, most joyous, and energetic 4 year old you'll meet, Kei'Ondreij will always keep you on your toes. Name any topic. Kei'Ondreij will find some way to contribute to the conversation (especially if it involves Spider-Man or dinosaurs). He's quite the special kid, and as much as he loves his uncle, the bride has a very special place in his heart too. Kei'Ondreij jumps for joy any time he sees the groom, but jumps just a tad higher when the bride enters the room. There's no one more perfect to bear the rings!
