Ross and Gracie both grew up in Salisbury, Missouri. Ross was born December 8th, 1998 and Gracie was born February 9th, 2001 making the couple two years, two months and two days apart. Until July of 2023 the only thing between the bride and groom was a little time and a few miles. 

The couple both graduated from Salisbury High School. During their time at Salisbury High they each took part in after school activities such as basketball and cheerleading causing the pair to encounter one another multiple times never knowing that with every brush of a shoulder they were getting closer to their forever. 

After Ross graduated high school in 2017 he went to college at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg where he woud graduate with a degree in Agricultural Business Management with which he accepted a job at Climate Fieldview. Ross then planted his roots in Columbia, Missouri where Gracie would soon follow. Gracie graduated from high school just two years behind Ross. Her education took her to State Technical College of Missouri to get her dental assisting license and board certifications. She graduated with a specialization in pediatrics after she found her first love in her job at Columbia Dentistry for Children. She too would find her home in Columbia Missouri. 

The pair would live separate lives for two years in Columbia before meeting. Both would spend their time with friends and family, each of them discovering who they were as individuals. Little did they know that one chance meeting would lead them to their forever. 

July 2023 brought a worldwind of fun and excitement for the bride and groom. Ross had begun courting Gracie early August. With every day that passed the pair would spend more time together laughing and learning just how perfect they would be for one another. Time would fly as the couple would make memories through amazing moments and grow closer through unexpected hardships. Not only would the pair fall more in love but both the bride and groom’s families would be smitten with the happiness radiating from the pair. 

Ross invited Gracie to travel with him to Clearwater, Florida to see his family for the holidays. The couple would spend 5 days in the warm weather, the bride not expecting a thing. Ross would be planning the perfect proposal which was to be set on the fourth day of their trip. Gracie had never seen the beach until she met Ross. She had dreamed for years of spending time in the sand, which she had expressed to Ross on a date long before he was on bended knee, never expecting what would come of such a simple conversation. The proposal would take place on Sand Key Beach where “family pictures” were to be taken. Little did Gracie know that the best day of her life was about to be caught on camera. Ross had coordinated with the photographer to execute the perfect surprise which was not complicated given the photographer had been proposed to in the same way. The photographer requested that Ross and Gracie take solo shots with which she asked the bride to turn away from her soon to be groom. Ross then got on bended knee expressing his love for Gracie then asking her to spend the rest of their lives laughing and making memories. Through the surprise and tears of pure excitement and joy Gracie said yes. The couple is now to be married on Septmeber 7th, 2024 at The Exchange Venue in Camdenton, Missouri. Both anxiously waiting to say “I do!”
