How They Met:

Gracie and Garrett’s story began in their freshman year of high school, when they officially met in science class. With four classes in a row together that year, it didn’t take long for a close friendship to form and soon after, that friendship blossomed into something more.

Their first date was to the movies on July 6th, 2019, to see Toy Story 4. Sweetly, the date also happened to be the wedding anniversary of Gracie’s paternal grandparents, another love story that’s stood the test of time. Just a week later, on July 14th, they wandered through the Philbrook Museum, one of their favorite places to this day, where they found themselves seated across from an elderly couple. The couple smiled at them and said, “This is where you’ll be in 50 years.” Like petals unfolding, these early moments hinted at something truly lasting.

Gracie and Garrett’s connection runs deep as they’ve attended the same school from Kindergarten through high school, shared the same third-grade teacher, and even chose to attend the same college. They’ll be graduating together with their bachelor’s degrees in May of 2026.

Their story has always been filled with small, meaningful moments, like wildflowers tucked into a garden path. Now, as they prepare to begin their next chapter, surrounded by flowers and loved ones, they can’t wait to say "I do" in a celebration as joyful and timeless as the love they’ve grown together.
