We actually have known each other for almost 20 years now! That's right, we went to school together from kindergarten through high school graduation. There are some pretty funny stories of us umpiring East Bernard Little League. We actually started dating after high school. It is also funny to hear some of our teachers' reactions after asking them if they saw this one coming.

We (mostly Grady) enjoy staying involved with sports all year long. Texas A&M Aggies will be on our tv for any sport but, definitely won't miss a Saturday Football game. In the fall we hope to be watching the Astros play in the World Series but, also fill our time with the Detroit Lions and Miami Dolphins. We stay competitive with fantasy football. This rolls into basketball season. Which means Miami Heat and Michigan State.

Over the years we have developed a love for traveling. We have been fortunate to travel to Colorado (June 2020), Nashville (December 2020), Utah & Las Vegas (June 2021), New Orleans (November 2022), Cancun (June 2023), and Puerto Rico (January 2024). We are definitely looking forward to visiting these destinations again and so many more!

Not mentioned above is one of our favorite destinations (mostly Hayley), our "home away from home," Walt Disney World! We actually went here on each others family vacations in December 2019 and December 2021. The Disney College Program became a huge part of our timeline as we were there August 2022-January 2023. It was so much fun with unforgettable memories and friendships that have been proven to last a lifetime.

Something that we genuinely both love is music concerts! Whether it be Rock, Country, or Pop we've seen them all. Of course Dan & Shay and Motley Crue are at the top of the list but, we also enjoy Morgan Wallen, Koe Wetzel, Luke Combs, Jason Aldean, Sam Hunt, Clayton Mullen, Hinder, Guns N Roses, Poison, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, and so many more!

2023 was a big year for us as Hayley earned her Bachelor of Economics from Texas A&M University with minors in both Financial Planning and Business. Grady also completed the Line Worker Academy with Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Now Hayley is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and Grady is currently with Texas Southern Drilling Water Well Company.

A lot of miles got put on our vehicles throughout the four years between East Bernard and College Station. Whether it be something with family and friends or work we were always on the move. This became treacherous, especially with Harley (our lab/pyranese August 2020). That is until we closed on our first home in August of 2023... and got engaged a week later!
