The wedding ceremony will be held at the Dallas Arboretum at the Sunken Garden. Plan on arriving 20 minutes early to allow time to park and walk to the garden site, as the ceremony will start promptly at 7:00. Please enter through the main parking entrance - Gate #1 and park (parking is free) and walk through the main Arboretum entrance. From there you will make a right and walk past the DeGolyer house and at the end of the house you will see the Cafe on the Green. Make an immediate left there and walk a few feet to the hedges, then take a right to the Sunken Garden entrance. There will be a sign for Grant and Avery's wedding to let you know you are in the correct place. Bottle waters and hand held fans will be provided for the brief outside ceremony.

The wedding reception will be held at The Park City Club in Dallas at 5956 Sherry Lane in the Bank of Texas Building on the 17th floor. There is an attached parking garage for your parking needs that will have the gate arm up and is free for guests. The parking garage clearance is 6'-4". If you have a large truck or SUV, you may park in the loading dock right before you enter the garage, in Preston Center or in open parking across the street. After parking you will enter the lobby of the building and take the elevator up to the club floor.

Dressy-casual to semi formal is the dress for the wedding. However, it is a summer wedding and we want you to be comfortable and happy while you celebrate with us. What matters to us the most is that you share the day with us!

Restrooms may be found after entering through the main Arboretum entrance and taking a left. There will also be restrooms right above the Sunken Garden (ceremony location) located off the terrace of the Restaurant DeGolyer for your convenience.
