How do I get to San Angelo?
San Angelo has a small regional airport (SJT) with just two terminals. It’s serviced exclusively by American Airlines with direct flights from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). If you're unable to find a convenient flight into San Angelo, another great option is to fly into a larger airport and drive.
Here are some drive times from nearby major cities:
Dallas/Fort Worth – approximately 4 hours
San Antonio – approximately 3 hours
Midland – approximately 2.5 hours
If you're flying into one of these cities, we recommend renting a car for the drive to San Angelo. The drive is easy and scenic—and gives you a little Texas road trip on the way!
Where to stay?
We haven’t reserved a block of rooms because we want you to have the freedom to choose the accommodations that work best for you. Our only wish is that you’re able to make it to the wedding!
That said, we recommend looking for hotels on the southwest side of San Angelo, near Loop 360. This area has a wide variety of hotel options and tends to offer better rates and amenities. San Angelo is a small town, so no matter where you stay, you’ll be within a 15-minute drive of everything.
We don’t recommend staying close to the venue itself, as hotel options in that area are limited and tend to be more expensive for what you get.
Airbnb is also a great option if you’re looking for something more homey or unique, so feel free to explore that route too!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 6 p.m. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and getting settled.
What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal. Think garden party meets date night! We'd love for you to dress to impress—cocktail dresses, suits, and polished separates are perfect. Just come looking sharp and feeling comfortable enough to dance the night away with us!
Is it okay to take pictures during the wedding?
Absolutely! We would love for everyone to help capture our beautiful day. We'll have a QR code available to scan, so you can easily add your pictures to a collaborative photo album.
Since it’s such a busy day for the bride and groom, we want to make sure we catch everyone's perspective—all the magical moments that will last a lifetime. Your photos will help us remember our special day through the eyes of the people we love most!
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes! No need to travel, everything will happen at Fort Concho Stables.
Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely! We will be serving dinner, drinks, and dessert at the reception. Come hungry and ready to toast with us!
