Richmond International is recommended due to the flexibility in flights and their ability to recover quickly from delayed or canceled flights. Roanoke airport is another option. It is smaller and if flights get canceled or delayed we are not sure how well they deal with those situations. You will need to plan to make arrangements to get from the airport to the venue so please keep that in mind as well.

We have chosen to have no kids at the wedding. We hope it allows you to have a carefree and fun night. If you would like to have them there for any other portion of the weekend that is up to you. We just ask that you make preparations for sitters for the duration of the wedding if you do.

If you are staying at the lodge, most everything is walkable. There will be a shuttle from the lodge to the ceremony space available for all guests. If you are looking to do anything off the wintergreen site you might need to uber (or phone a friend who has a car with them).

If you are invited to the rehearsal dinner, you have been reached out to with a rehearsal dinner invitation.

Unfortunately any RSVPs not received or answered by the deadline will be an assumed not attending. You will be missed, but we have the deadline in place to ensure smooth planning around the things dictated by the number of attendees.
