Well welcome to Edmonton! We hope you love it here! Please see the "Things To Do" tab for a few fun things to get up to while you're in town.

The ceremony will be held outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. There is also an outdoor dance floor for when the party starts. Please dress appropriately to the weather as you never know what kind of day you're going to get in May!

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are unable to have all of our lovely guests bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask that our guests not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

We would love to have the light and laughter of kiddos on our special day! If your invitation has been made out to your family, then please bring them along if you feel comfortable doing so! We also understand the need for a night away sometimes and will fully understand if your little ones are not able to make it.

There will be a full Ukrainian buffet, as well as various desserts and a mac and cheese bar if you get peckish after all that dancing. Please list on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so we can make sure you'll be happy, well fed, and comfortable.

There will be a toonie bar available by both cash and card.

Yes, we do have a registry with a couple of things, but we have most dishes and mugs for two. Pots and pans and a kettle too! Knives and forks and spoons galore, there isn't much room for anything more! So if you'd like to bring us a gift, a cheque or cash would give us a lift. Perhaps you could help with our honeymoon spends or when our home is in need of a mend. Please don't be offended at our request, as our day will be complete just having you as a guest.

The cocktail hour will be held immediately following the ceremony and up to the reception. You are welcome to drink, chat, and wander the grounds during this time while our photographer snaps a couple pics.

There will be a few events in the days leading up to and following the wedding. Your RSVP will detail any events that we would love to see you at.

We ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer who will be catching our special moment. After that, bring them out and snap as many pictures as you can! You can post your pictures on social media to the hashtag #onceuponakohler
