How we met:
Blake and I met in middle school where we became friends that lasted through high school! As our friendship grew we started to like one another. We started texting and one day he asked if he could take me on a date! I told him he had to meet my parents first 😂. After a day spent in Gatlinburg and Cades Cove with my family he asked me to his girlfriend! We learned so much about one another, shared so many memories, and fell in love over 5 years of dating. 🤍

On a trip to my favorite place, Glacier National Park on July 31st Blake proposed! It was a complete and total surprise! 🤍🥰

The Proposal:
Blake planned him and I a dinner and a hike to see the sunset in Glacier National Park. We hiked up to Hidden Lake Overlook. The hike was suppose to be easy, but ended up being all uphill 😂. I kept asking Blake if we could stop and just watch the sunset haha! He can’t refusing and said we had to make it to the top. Once we got to the top we went on the overlook and he asked a lady to take our picture. I turn to find him on one knee… me still oblivious to what was going on😂! He said the sweetest things and asked me to marry him. Little did I know the lady he asked to take our picture was the hired photographer him and my mom had planned! My first thing after saying yes of course was “wait, did you ask my parents?” 😂 Everyone had kept it a wonder secret which led to the best surprise! Now we will say I do in Glacier with our families!

I love the life Blake and I are creating and can’t wait to see what God has in store for us and our marriage 🤍
