Greg and Abby met their freshman year in a math class in the McFadden Biostress Laboratory at SDSU. They became quick friends when Abby noticed the fandom that his shirt was from.

From there bloomed a very close friendship. Most people claimed they wouldn't see one of them without the other while around campus. Many nights were spent gaming together, whether it was D&D or video games.

Both Abby and Greg were remaining in Brookings post college, so they decided to do the easy thing and find a place together as friends. Two months later, they were dating.

Having known each other for nearly five years already, the two of them knew they wanted to spend forever with each other. A year and a half into dating, Greg surprised Abby with a trip to Scotland to see one last concert of her favorite band, Panic! at the Disco, as they were disbanding after their EU/UK tour. Despite her every effort to guess and ruin the surprises for the trip, he proposed at the concert with a pin from the merchandise table and the two of them picked out the engagement ring in Scotland during their trip!

They live now in Brookings in a happy little townhouse with their two cats, Ripley and Wattson!
