Friday

For those who want to help with setup we will be getting at it Friday morning. Show-up whenever, get set up, mingle, Garrett Eidem and Randy Fenwick will be at the entrance to direct groups to their sites or areas.

You are on your own for dinner but there are BBQs! Around 7pm we are having a big campfire! Come have a smore and roast Tay and Greg 😉 Seriously though, there will be no open mic at the wedding so if there's something you want to say, this is the time...well wishes and jokes welcome!

Saturday - Wedding Day

Morning Yoga: the wonderful Sabrina DeSoto will be leading a morning yoga session for those who want to join. Check the wedding website closer to the weekend but expect it to be around 9. Please bring a yoga mat or towel! Then you're on your own, explore the walking trails, find a local hike, go to the lake!

The ceremony will be at 3pm. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.

The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour(s), dinner, and a few speeches before we dance the night away!

Sunday:

Call us ambitious but we hope to do a lake dip Sunday morning and welcome anyone who wants to join!

Sunday Afternoon: G&T Olympics! Join us for a round of yard games and healthy competition, prizes will vary.

Sunday night, the fire pit will be the main gathering zone once again.

Monday - Truth and Reconciliation Day (Stat holiday)

We have the ranch booked until Monday, so for those who stay the full weekend, Monday will be for packing up and hitting the road, grab one last coffee on your way out!

Some notes for the weekend:

The wedding is September 28th at 3pm, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the ceremony

BRING CASH! We will be doing a toonie bar (with tickets so big bills are fine). Payment for camping can be cash or e-transfer

As stated above we have the ranch booked from Friday September 27 to Monday September 30. Stay for one night, stay the whole weekend, it's totally up to you!

Little Creek Ranch is on a well-maintained dirt road, any vehicle should be able to navigate it no problem, but we wanted to warn you that it is a gravel road.

Please bring a reusable drink container. We hope to have coffee on in the mornings and this will help reduce waste at the bar during the wedding.

Optional- bring comfy clothes to the wedding. There's a certain point in the night when the fancy clothes just aren't it anymore, feel free to bring some sweats to keep comfortable.
