We are happy to offer a live video stream of the wedding ceremony so those who are not able to join in person can be with us in spirit.
Photography
Please no photos during the wedding ceremony. Our designated photographer will capture the special moments that we will cherish and share.
Attire
Generally formal to semi-formal attire is recommended. Most like to dress up a bit for a wedding, though we'd like you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and happy. The wedding is an open community event in a Western rural setting, so you may see a range of attire. It touches our hearts to see you all gussied up, but we care more about the wonderful person inside than what you wear. The chapel protocol for attire is modest, avoiding very short lengths or bare shoulders. Summer afternoons in Montana can be quite hot, though temperatures may fall quite a bit in the evenings. You may want to think about having layers available. The wedding and reception are indoors within a stately venue with full temperature control. If you enjoy a stroll around the beautiful environs, be aware the sun is especially strong at this high altitude.
Gifts
You, your love and your support are the most important gifts you could give us and are deeply valued. "It is when you give of yourself that you truly give" (Kahlil Gibran). For those who would like to give a little something, please consider a gift to your favorite charity in our honor (and please don't tell us how much, but we'd love to know which charities you chose and are most meaningful to you). If your heart impels you to give us something personal, we've prepared a Registry at the top menu to help guide your selection. Among things we have in common as a couple is that our lifestyles and aesthetic are minimalist. We always appreciate items reflecting the beauty and practicality that flow from the heart. Thank you for your loving consideration.
