If fate is real, and the universe is designed to bring certain people together, then it was fate that Andrew and I should end up together. Officially, we got to know each other when I worked at Friedrich's Coffee. Andrew was someone I knew from high school, but didn't know well, and when I saw him walk into the store one morning I hardly recognized him! We would chat at the store every so often and I decided it would be best for Andrew to work a few shifts for the good of the store...and also so I could get to know him better. Finally, we went on a couple dates and I found I felt truly comfortable in his presence. It felt meant to be. We started officially dating AFTER he invited me to family Christmas...and the rest is history! Friedrich's is the official beginning of our story, but unofficially, it was our third grade class. We found out we were in the same third grade class, and our dads had grown up down the street from each other in the small town of Slater. Our lives have been always intertwined and on June 15, our lives will become one as we follow three generations of marriages on that date!
