The Newfane Inn
The Newfane Inn hosted an open house in December 2023 and amidst unrest we had a nice time visiting with Santa, drinking hot cocoa, and touring their many unique rooms.
Stratton Mountain Resort
Greta worked at the Burton Store at the Stratton Mountain Resort for all of 3-days in 2014 but has never been fancy enough to even visit their lodge.
Share a Ride
Alex loves carpools almost as much as he loves Greta! And Greta loves spreadsheets. So we made a spreadsheet to help you coordinate your carpools. If you are renting a car or happen to be local, think about picking up a hop-on.
Camp Out!
We recommend staying onsite. In addition, to the 60 tent spots we have already booked, the park offers options for tent and RV camping. Campsites are friendly to well-behaved, leashed dogs!

If excited about camping but not so excited to sleep on the ground, check out the Cascade Rose Alpaca Farm. Alpacas + Glamping, doesn't get much cooler than that!

If camping doesn't float your boat there are rentals near the area.
Used to city comforts? The venue is a little less than an hour from Seattle.
TreeHouse Point
A personal wishlist item for us. This cute little getaway is only 45 mins from our home and just down the road from Tolt-Macdonald Park. We haven't stayed here yet but maybe you can!
