Kevin and Gretchen met through mutual friends at brunch in Scottsdale, Arizona. Gretchen was living there as a travel nurse and Kevin had just moved to kickoff his first construction project in Phoenix. This is our first photo together.

Kevin helped Gretchen and Finn move west to San Diego for her next contract and made their relationship official!

Despite being a few hundred miles apart, we always prioritized our time together enjoying California and Arizona’s beautiful sunsets and activities.

Kevin, Gretchen and Finn were on the move again. This time it was off to Chicago for her next contract, stopping in the Rockies along the way.

The first of many national park trips together! Angel’s Landing at Zion National Park was a perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise.

We went skydiving and hiking at Grand Canyon National Park to celebrate an end to another contract and an exciting upcoming move to Austin, Texas.

One last road trip! (For now) we stopped at Arches, Canyonlands, Rocky Mountain and Yosemite National Parks on our road trip to move back to Chicago for the first time together.

Engaged! We took a trip to Marco Island for a very important question that Gretchen answered “YES!”
